Sanitary Flange Couplings
Sanitary flange quick disconnect couplings enable fluid lines to be connected and disconnected quickly via flange connections. We offer various series and designs made from Kynar, polypropylene and polysulfone. Choose between male and female couplings, open flow or an integrated shut-off valve, and connection sizes of 3/4" and 1 1/2". Different O-ring materials and spring materials provide additional options to suit your application.

Sanitary Flange Quick Disconnect Couplings for Flexible Fluid Connections
Sanitary flange quick disconnect couplings enable fluid lines with flange connections to be connected and disconnected quickly. They are useful in systems where line connections need to be disconnected and re-established flexibly. Our range includes different series, materials and designs, allowing you to select couplings to suit the installation situation and application requirements.
Materials and Coupling Series
The available couplings are offered in different materials:
- Natural Kynar (NK7)
- Non-animal-derived polypropylene (PP)
- Polysulfone (PPSU)
The Large, Medium and Small series are available to suit different requirements. Material selection should take into account the medium being used as well as temperature and pressure conditions. Please check the technical specifications of the individual design to ensure it is suitable for your application.
Male and Female Designs
Male and female couplings are available for different connection configurations. Depending on the design, the couplings can be selected with open flow or an integrated shut-off valve. A shut-off valve can interrupt the flow of media when the connection is disconnected. The appropriate version depends on the system layout and the requirements for handling the medium.
Flange Connections in Two Sizes
The sanitary flange quick disconnect couplings are available for the following connection sizes:
- 3/4"
- 1 1/2"
When selecting a coupling, make sure the connection size matches the existing line and the intended installation. Compatibility with the other system components should also be checked.
Selecting Suitable O-Rings and Spring Materials
Sealing and spring materials are additional important criteria when selecting the right coupling. Depending on the design, O-rings are available in the following materials:
- Viton
- Buna-N
- EPDM
- Silicone
- Silicone without lubricant
Spring options include 302 stainless steel and non-metallic designs. The appropriate combination depends, among other factors, on media compatibility, temperature, pressure and specific sealing requirements. If lubricants should be avoided or metallic components are undesirable, the corresponding versions can be considered.
